Our story begins with our namesake – the “braceros,” Mexican laborers who worked American farms and railroads during World War II. These workers would carry a simple cooking device called a “bracero,” which held hot coals (brazas) to warm their meals far from home. This humble practice of preserving their connection to Mexican cuisine through warm, homemade food mirrors our own journey from Zacatecas to Amarillo.

From our roots in Mexico, we’ve spent over 15 years bridging the thousand-mile gap between these two worlds. Like the braceros who came before us, we bring authentic Mexican flavors across borders, crafting dishes that honor both tradition and innovation.
